Pre-Mastermind Strategy Sessions (4 sessions available)

Join Tracy Cherpeski on Thursday before the mastermind for a 90 minute deep business strategy session. Get a head start on updating your mission, goals and vision. With newfound clarity, you’ll craft your plan to move forward to reach your personal and professional goals.  

For participants arriving Thursday, we’ll begin our weekend together with a Meet & Greet Happy Hour Thursday evening.

Day 1: Marketing & Operations Learning 

Friday morning we will start the day with a coffee Q&A roundtable with leading professionals in personal branding and social media influencer and content creation. You will have hands-on access to successful marketing leaders currently implementing modern marketing strategies for their clients.

Post-coffee we’ll enter the marketing portion of our first day. From social media to digital and traditional marketing, we'll explore what it takes to successfully market in 2020 and beyond. Our goal is to give you the right foundation to market your practice - one that attracts new patients while retaining and engaging your current patient base.

We wrap up the morning with a physician round table lunch filled with delicious, nutritious local fare. A group of physicians who are leading the way in marketing and operational strategy will share their success stories with you. From dental to chiropractic to regenerative medicine, learn from practitioners like yourself who are making it happen - and how they’re doing it. These physicians have experienced unique growth as a direct result of their marketing efforts and will be on hand to answer questions while sharing best practices with you.

After lunch, we’ll shift our focus to the operational and strategic needs of your medical practice. Tracy will teach about operations, strategy and goals. From how to motivate and engage your staff to organizing processes and procedures, we will get you back into alignment with your core mission - BEING a doctor who provides excellent care. Tracy will emphasize the importance of the patient experience, regular team building, effective and efficient communication and goal setting. If staff turnover and morale are a source of frustration for you, this session will be invaluable to the wellbeing and longevity of your practice.

We’ll end the day with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, leaving plenty of time in the evening for you to enjoy the wonder of local sights and delicacies.

Day 2: Physician Business Mastermind

This is the day where you will dig deep, collaborate with your colleagues in the room, and “connect the dots” with what you learned on Day 1. We will start the morning with a roundtable discussion to review and highlight what we learned, and discuss how we will move the day forward in powerful mastermind sessions. 

Prepare to take a lot of notes, ask and answer questions, and, if you choose, take a turn in the “Hot Seat” (sign up Friday) to unveil what’s working, what’s not working, what you would like to achieve, and how to get there. Receive direct, unfiltered feedback and insights from your fellow practice owners and your operations and marketing experts. 

We will hold two morning and two afternoon mastermind sessions, including small group breakout sessions for deeper conversations and business planning. Each session is structured with a different business focus, will begin with a brief introduction, and move into the mastermind portion.

A mastermind group is designed to help you navigate through challenges using the collective intelligence of others.

Your experts will be on hand to answer questions, schedule follow-up conversations and provide additional resources as needed. We will wrap up leaving you plenty of time to catch an early flight or explore the area more before returning home. 

Food, Beverage, Refreshments: Coffee, tea, juice and pastries will be provided in the mornings, and lunch, snacks and refreshments in the afternoons. 

Materials: We will provide paint-by-number templates for your marketing and operations systems and strategies, in a spiral-bound notebook, with room to take notes. For your convenience, digital versions of all handouts will be emailed to you following the Mastermind Intensive.

Who is the Facilitator and what are her qualifications?

Tracy Cherpeski, MBA, MA, CPSC, is an executive coach and leadership development expert. She works with individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations to help them better themselves with mindset mastery, coaching and leadership training. Tracy began her coaching career in 2010 and works with highly accomplished individuals from diverse industries and backgrounds. Her experience in international contract management, economic development and operations has given her a broad understanding and a clear view of the unlimited potential of people and organizations. Her expertise and professional experience guide her clients to achieve success in many areas of business and life. 

Tracy’s workshops offer integrated leadership, executive development and mindset mastery. She has shared her trainings with medical and dental practices, industry groups, non-profit organizations and government agencies. She loves to highlight and celebrate the success and abundance of her clients and everyone whose life she touches. As a workshop facilitator, she has the right toolkit to keep the conversations moving in the right direction, guide Members in goal and vision setting, manage the time and help balance the demands of asking for and offering help in a group setting.
