Pre-Mastermind Strategy Sessions (4 sessions available)
Join Tracy Cherpeski on Thursday before the mastermind for a 90 minute deep business strategy session. Get a head start on updating your mission, goals and vision. With newfound clarity, you’ll craft your plan to move forward to reach your personal and professional goals.
For participants arriving Thursday, we’ll begin our weekend together with a Meet & Greet Happy Hour Thursday evening.
Day 1: Marketing & Operations Learning
Friday morning we will start the day with a coffee Q&A roundtable with leading professionals in personal branding and social media influencer and content creation. You will have hands-on access to successful marketing leaders currently implementing modern marketing strategies for their clients.
Post-coffee we’ll enter the marketing portion of our first day. From social media to digital and traditional marketing, we'll explore what it takes to successfully market in 2020 and beyond. Our goal is to give you the right foundation to market your practice - one that attracts new patients while retaining and engaging your current patient base.
We wrap up the morning with a physician round table lunch filled with delicious, nutritious local fare. A group of physicians who are leading the way in marketing and operational strategy will share their success stories with you. From dental to chiropractic to regenerative medicine, learn from practitioners like yourself who are making it happen - and how they’re doing it. These physicians have experienced unique growth as a direct result of their marketing efforts and will be on hand to answer questions while sharing best practices with you.
After lunch, we’ll shift our focus to the operational and strategic needs of your medical practice. Tracy will teach about operations, strategy and goals. From how to motivate and engage your staff to organizing processes and procedures, we will get you back into alignment with your core mission - BEING a doctor who provides excellent care. Tracy will emphasize the importance of the patient experience, regular team building, effective and efficient communication and goal setting. If staff turnover and morale are a source of frustration for you, this session will be invaluable to the wellbeing and longevity of your practice.
We’ll end the day with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, leaving plenty of time in the evening for you to enjoy the wonder of local sights and delicacies.
Day 2: Physician Business Mastermind
This is the day where you will dig deep, collaborate with your colleagues in the room, and “connect the dots” with what you learned on Day 1. We will start the morning with a roundtable discussion to review and highlight what we learned, and discuss how we will move the day forward in powerful mastermind sessions.
Prepare to take a lot of notes, ask and answer questions, and, if you choose, take a turn in the “Hot Seat” (sign up Friday) to unveil what’s working, what’s not working, what you would like to achieve, and how to get there. Receive direct, unfiltered feedback and insights from your fellow practice owners and your operations and marketing experts.
We will hold two morning and two afternoon mastermind sessions, including small group breakout sessions for deeper conversations and business planning. Each session is structured with a different business focus, will begin with a brief introduction, and move into the mastermind portion.
A mastermind group is designed to help you navigate through challenges using the collective intelligence of others.
Some benefits of participating in a mastermind:
You are part of an exclusive community, sharing experience, insights and expertise
Advisement. You will receive in-the-moment feedback and advise from other medical practice owners and business and marketing experts.
Extend your network. Instantly expand your own network by connecting with other physicians in private practice, including access to their network.
New learning. As you interact and share your challenges, you will most certainly connect with someone in the mastermind who will have a solution, and you may also offer solutions, connections or tactics to help others in the group.
Think bigger. You will stretch beyond your current limits when surrounded by amazing people doing amazing things. Masterminds are a very effective and productive way to grow your practice while benefitting you personally.
Day 3: Wrap-Up and Lightning Round Q&A
In this 2 hour bonus session, we will hold a casual mastermind discussion and “lightning round” Q&A over coffee and pastries. Your experts will be on hand to answer questions, schedule follow-up conversations and provide additional resources as needed. We will wrap up leaving you plenty of time to catch an early flight or explore the area more before returning home.
Food, Beverage, Refreshments: Coffee, tea, juice and pastries will be provided in the mornings, and lunch, snacks and refreshments in the afternoons.
Materials: We will provide paint-by-number templates for your marketing and operations systems and strategies, in a spiral-bound notebook, with room to take notes. For your convenience, digital versions of all handouts will be emailed to you following the Mastermind Intensive.
Some questions we have been asked about this event:
What does mastermind mean?
Mastermind is the “coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people for the attainment of a definite purpose.” In other words, you get the benefit of like-minded experts, in a room full of professionals who inspire you as much as you inspire them. You get to work together to overcome obstacles, disrupt your old model(s) and exponentially increase your success. Imagine gaining tremendous insights which improve your business and personal life; it’s like having an objective board of directors, a success team and a peer advisory group all rolled into one.
What I can I expect from this event?
A fun, well-paced agenda of interactive learning, complete with research-backed teaching methodologies and the most current marketing and operations content available. We will keep you engaged and learning every step fo the way, with a mix casual discussion, small-group break-away sessions, mastermind sessions, short lecture and round table Q&A formats. You will leave prepared to immediately apply what you have learned to start making meaningful changes and upgrades to reach your full potential.
You will have a very clear idea of how to market your practice by creating clear messaging to attract the right kinds of patients and action plans to keep you in motion. You will build the foundation for updated operations manuals and procedures for delegating tasks and developing your team. You will position yourself to focus on what you do best: providing excellent care to your patients.
Who should attend?
ALL types of medical practitioners and their practice managers, from orthodontics to cosmetics, dermatology, obstetrics, primary care, dental, chiropractic and everything in-between. If you are a medical practitioner, this Mastermind Intensive is for you. We recognize the marketing and operational needs of a medical practice are unique. There are particulars that apply only to the field of medicine, which is why we have created this Mastermind Intensive just for you. All information can be adapted to fit your unique practice and expertise, and can be immediately applied to grow your business, streamline operations and create happy, referring patients.
Why should I attend the Physician Business Mastermind Intensive?
If you would like to grow your practice and serve more patients while maintaining or recapturing your time and energy, then collaborating with marketing and operations experts and other successful practice owners will be a huge benefit to you. If you are frustrated with the pace of growth of your practice, find yourself spending too much time being hands-on in the business side and daily operations, or would like to find ways to grow and develop an incredible, competent and loyal team, then this is an excellent place to get started.
Why should I NOT attend the Physician Business Mastermind Intensive?
If you are content with your current income, operational flow, amount of time off, and your stress levels are perfectly manageable, then this might not be for you. If your current practice growth is blowing your mind, your team hasn’t turned over staff members in the last 2 years, and you are confident every marketing dollar is bringing you a return, then this Mastermind Intensive is not for you. And finally, if you and your staff are able to eat lunch, take breaks and leave on time nearly every day, then you won’t want to attend this Mastermind Intensive. Otherwise, if you are looking for a way to grow, streamline processes, retain engaged and happy staff and get glowing reviews and referrals from your patients, then this Mastermind Intensive IS for you.
Will I be bored?
The answer is N.O.! We understand that sitting and listening to hours of instruction isn’t anyone’s idea of a good time, nor is it the best way to absorb new information. You can expect an interactive day filled with small group break-out sessions and unique learning, combined with instructional time and round table discussions with industry experts.
