Tracy founded Tracy Cherpeski International, a healthcare business consulting and executive coaching firm, in 2011.

We advise healthcare and psychology practice owners on time management, executive leadership and strategic growth. Using a combination of VIP Strategy Days, Roundtable peer learning intensives, coaching and curriculum, our business consultant and executive coach and professional team provide the insights and support practice owners need to take back their time, serve more patients, and increase their revenues.


 

Founder — Tracy Cherpeski, MBA, MA, CPSC (she/her/hers)

Consultant. CEO. Coach. Host. Mom.

Tracy is a Business Consultant and Executive Coach. She helps her clients take back their time and scale their practices without sacrificing their wellbeing.

Tracy’s consulting and coaching programs help her clients with strategic planning, leadership and mindset mastery. She believes in the unlimited potential of people, and loves to celebrate the success of her clients and their teams. 

Tracy founded Tracy Cherpeski International in 2011 and serves clients all over the world.

Tracy's biggest WHY - her two beautiful children, who inspire her to reach higher and further every day. She lives with her family in Chapel Hill, NC, and serves clients around the world.

Tracy is also Executive Producer and Host of the Thriving Practice podcast.

Tracy’s professional and personal philosophy: Survival is not enough; life is meant to be celebrated.

 

 

Manager of Operations and PR — Miranda Dorta, B.F.A. (she/her/hers)

Writer. Creative. Operations Guru.

Residing in the City of Oaks, Miranda Dorta is a creative storyteller and operations guru. Miranda graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2020 with a B.F.A in Writing and concentrations in Creative Writing and Fashion Journalism. Miranda has a skilled history working in public relations, publishing, retail management, operations, and social strategy.

At Tracy Cherpeski International, Miranda joined the company as an Administrative Assistant in 2021 and now is currently serving as the Manager of Operations and PR as of November of 2022. Miranda has developed a strong expertise in managing the operational aspects while effectively handling public relations and communication strategies.

 

 

Research Assistant — Ciara Fabian (she/her/hers)

Researcher. Tech Savvy. Adventurer.

My name is Ciara Fabian, and I am currently a graduate student studying for an MS in human-computer interaction and I also have a BFA in game design and development. I have worked in a variety of sectors from corporate food industries to designing military and medical training simulations. I also have a love for teaching the next generation of scholars and work at both Southern New Hampshire University and the University of Maryland. All my life, I've moved and traveled all over the world which has shaped me to have a love for all things worldly and creative. My passion is to create solutions that will help solve problems and help people all over the world. I strive to always bring new ideas to the table and to always follow my motto to design, create, and innovate.

 

 

Business Development Specialist — Kelly Meacham (she/her/hers)

Professional People Person. Lifelong Learner. Rocker Mom.

Kelly Meacham is the Business Development Specialist at Tracy Cherpeski International, representing the Thriving PracticeCommunity. She brings valuable experience from the healthcare industry, having worked at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Kelly holds a degree in Medical Office Administration, equipping her with strong administrative and operational skills. In her role, she leverages this background to support the development and growth of the Thriving Practice Community. Kelly identifies opportunities to support the growth of the Community and to deliver quality services to Community members. Her expertise in patient relations and understanding of medical office environments allow her to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and the company's offerings.

Kelly's professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to build positive relationships make her a valuable asset to the Tracy Cherpeski International team. She is passionate about driving meaningful connections that foster growth and success within the Thriving Practice Community. Outside of work, Kelly resides in Carrboro, NC where she enjoys walking around her beloved town and the local music and festivals. She also treasures quality time spent with her daughter and cat.
