THRIVING PRACTICE COMMUNITY

You built a practice that matters.

Now build one that sustains you.

You're a skilled clinician and a capable leader — but nobody trained you to run a business. The Thriving Practice Community is where independent practice owners come to stop white-knuckling it alone and start building something that actually works.

For established independent practices ready to grow without burning out.

JOIN US: AI, Automation & the Smart Practice - A Private Roundtable Tuesday, August 18 | 8:00–9:30pm ET | Free | Virtual

This one's for you. If AI and automation have been on your mind — or on your to-do list — this is the conversation to have before you make any decisions. Tracy is hosting a private roundtable with a curated panel of guest experts she's personally vetted. You'll complete The Smart Practice Diagnostic live and walk away with a clear picture of where your practice stands and what to do next.

This is a working session. You'll leave with real self-knowledge about your practice and a framework for making better technology decisions — before you commit to anything.

This is for you if:

You're an independent healthcare practice owner who has made it past the startup phase — you're paying yourself a competitive salary, you have a team, and you've proven the model works. What you haven't figured out yet is how to grow without it costing you everything else.

Maybe you're:

  • A solo provider who's maxed out your capacity and needs a real growth strategy — not just "see more patients"

  • A multi-provider practice owner managing a team, a brand, and a business simultaneously, with no one who truly gets what that's like

  • An established practice ready to scale, streamline, or finally build the infrastructure that lets you step back without things falling apart

What you have in common: you're good at medicine. You want to be just as good at the business side as you are at practicing medicine.

What Membership Includes

Community of Practice Call — monthly, 90 minutes

The heart of TPC. Each month we gather to work through real practice challenges together. Submit a question in advance and we may live coach you on the call. This is where the collective intelligence of the room does its best work.

Mastermind Gathering — monthly, 60 minutes

A facilitated, popcorn-style session where members bring what's top of mind. Part strategy, part peer support, part shared accountability. Your team and ours keep it moving.

1:1 Coaching with Tracy — 4 sessions per year

Direct, private coaching with Tracy — the same access that otherwise comes at a significantly higher investment. Founding members get this built in. Also included: one 90-minute Time Leadership Strategy Session, where we map out exactly how to reclaim your time. Recommended in your first three months.

Digital Community + Resource Library — always on

A private online community (with a mobile app) where you can crowdsource answers, connect directly with every member, and access a growing library of tools and frameworks. Our team is active during business hours — you're never just shouting into a void.

An in-person retreat experience is in development for 2027.

WHY TPC IS DIFFERENT

THE RESEARCH BEHIND THE WORK

Most business coaching for healthcare providers is borrowed from generic entrepreneurship frameworks and retrofitted to fit. TPC was built differently.

Our work is grounded in original qualitative research — in-depth interviews with 47+ independent practice owners that documented what mainstream healthcare research consistently overlooks: the real, daily experience of being both a clinician and a business owner. What we found was striking. Respondents reported spending anywhere from 10 to 35% of their time on non-clinical tasks. A full 80% said their most pressing desire was more time for strategic thinking, professional development, and personal life. They weren't struggling because they lacked dedication. They were struggling because no one had ever given them the right tools.

That research shaped everything — our frameworks, our coaching approach, and the community itself.

Our burnout prevention work is grounded in World Health Organization research on occupational burnout, adapted specifically for the realities of independent practice ownership. Our workshops have been approved for CME credit through medical association partnerships, and we are currently pursuing joint provider-ship with the Medical Society of Delaware to offer CME-accredited programming directly.

This isn't coaching built on intuition. It's built on evidence — and designed for the specific world you're operating in.

A Rare Moment Worth Naming

TPC is in its founding season — and that means something specific.

Right now, every member works directly with me. Not a program. Not a curriculum you move through alone. Me — in your corner, in the room, on your calls. The same access that otherwise requires a private coaching investment at a significantly higher level.

That won't always be the case. As TPC grows, we'll bring in additional coaches with complementary expertise. The community will deepen. The programming will expand. But the founding members — the ones who take the leap now — get something the next cohort simply won't: direct, personal access to me while the community is still small enough to make that possible.

If you've been watching from the sidelines, this is the moment to step in.

We believe cost shouldn't be the reason you can't access this support. That's why TPC uses an equitable pricing model — a structure that accounts for where you practice, how your practice is set up, and what's financially sustainable for you. Use the tool below to find your rate before we talk.

Membership is billed monthly. We ask for two weeks written notice before your next billing cycle to cancel. We recommend giving yourself at least 90 days — that's when our members typically start noticing real change.
